Almea's forces stood with the setting sun to their backs, and watched as the doom fortress approached in the eastern sky. The men and women who'd vowed to protect The Shining City gripped their weapons tight, and readied themselves for what they knew was to come. The Sky Fortress was almost upon them... and a chill wind came with it.
